Registration procedure guidelines

1. Registration for Nursery must be submitted online through the school website (www.shcssnl.in) online submission will be active from 2nd November 2020.
2. Age criteria for eligibility
   only children born between 1st January 2018 to 30th June 2018 are eligible for admission.
3. You must have the following with you at the time of registering online:
   • A Valid Mobile no.
   • A Valid E-Mail ID
4. A recent passport size photograph of the child in jpg format (size of the photo should not be more than 150KB) must be uploaded as part of the application form.
5. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parent’s names, and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate issued from the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births / Local Body. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission
6. The hard copy (PDF) of the form submitted online is to be submitted in the school along with the self-attested documents  (09:30 am to12:00 pm).
7. It is compulsory to attach,
   1. One passport size photograph of the child and one family Photo.
   2. Attested Photocopy of birth certificate.
8. Only hard copies of the forms deposited in the school will be considered genuine for applicants.
9. Registration of a candidate does not guarantee his/her admission.
10. After scrutiny, only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the interaction session via message.
11. No subsequent requests for meet and talk session shall be considered if the child is not brought for the session on the appointed day.
12. If your ward is selected it will be informed through SMS.
13. If the selected candidates do not take admission by paying the fee and completing other formalities by 05th December 2020, he/she will not be considered for admission later on.
14. The decision of the Management Committee will be final.
15. Incorrect or incomplete information automatically disqualifies the candidates. Each applicant will be issued only one form.
16. Documents submitted with the application form will not be returned.
